TW for the book: rape/sexual assault against a child, medical trauma, violence against children

While Hendrix is very talented at writing from the perspective of traumatized pregnant teens dabbling in witchcraft, the “white man writer” of it all still feels bad to me. That and a plot that drags at times are the reasons for the .5 quill!

Generally enjoyed it. Would probably recommend!
